There was a fantastic turnout at the meeting held on the 3rd February in the Public Hall. 106 residents turned out to fight to keep the No. 6 Bus Service in Beaminster.
Dorset Councillor Mrs Rebecca Knox is preparing a document, including suggestions and case studies to submit to the Transport Team at Dorset Council. If Beaminster loses the bus we would be the only town in Dorset to have no weekly Bus service.
Cllr. Knox has asked that residents and employers keep sending in their case studies/endorsements for keeping a bus service for Beaminster.
