So all the hard work paid off…our skatepark is open!
It is so great to see everyone enjoying the skatepark in Beaminster’s Memorial Playing Field.
Work on the skatepark finished early April and we have seen many of our local residents using it. We have also met visitors from all over the South West who were keen to try it out.
Due to current Covid Restrictions our opening event, in partnership with The Prout Bridge Project and Maverick Skateparks has been delayed, but we are VERY excited to now let you know that a Skate Jam will take place on Saturday 26th June between 12 and 4pm at the Memorial Playing Field, Beaminster.
