ROOMS

The Public Hall is a popular, well used facility located at the heart of the town. The hall houses the Council Office at the front of the building and has rooms for hire. The spaces are used for various functions including wedding receptions, children’s and adult parties, music events, art exhibitions, charity events, weekly yoga, short mat bowls, WI Exercise sessions, Pilates, Moviola (film night), club events such as bingo and flower shows, as a vaccination centre and much more besides. It is a wonderful space and we would love to see it used as much as possible.

Main Hall
A large hall which can seat up to 100 guests. Suitable for a variety of functions. Stage available. Recently painted.

Skyrm Room
A modern room with seating for up to 60 guests. An ideal venue for a coffee morning, a cosy dinner or a meeting. The Skyrm Room has access to the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a cooker, refrigerator and large work area.

The Cowie Room
This small bright private room is situated at the front of the building. The room is suitable for up to 30 guests.
