Favourite mentions for Quigley go to Julie & David’s hospitality and the mention of cake! A delicious treat that, quite obviously, has visitors reminiscing about this small gesture for long after they’ve left Beaminster.

There is no second-guessing just why this wonderful cottage is rated Four Star Gold by Visit England. One only needs to browse through the host of fantastic reviews left by extremely happy guests. From guests who have visited from as far away as Australia, it’s Michael & Laurence’s hospitality which has, again, shone out. A wonderfully looked-after cottage has ensured a fantastic stay with guests who call this ‘home’ for a few days, while they explore the town and the surrounding area, with one guest particularly loving the greater spotted woodpeckers & nuthatches that came regularly visited the bird feeders for a bite to eat.

For a more spectacular break-away, the Shepherds Huts on North Buckham Farm consistently prove to be a favourite amongst many visitors to the town. With nothing less than a 5-star review rating, Trish and Andrew have created the perfect escape in which to enjoy the spoils of an unmistakable Dorset farm. Some visitors have also opted to stay in the main house too. For many wedding-attending visitors at nearby Axnoller and Mapperton, North Buckham Farm provides a wonderfully located accommodation experience, and the perfect romantic getaway.
