Have you heard about the PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT for Beaminster relating to the following areas?
BEAM 1: Land to the North of Broadwindsor Road
- Land to the north of Broadwindsor Road, as shown on the policies map, is allocated for housing and public open space.
- Outline permission for 170 houses approved.
BEAM 2: Land at Lane End Farm
- Land to the north of Beaminster off Tunnel Road at Lane End Farm, as shown on the policies map, is allocated for employment.
BEAM 3. Land to the west of Tunnel Road
- Land to the west of Tunnel Road, as shown on the policies map, is allocated for housing and public open space.
- Proposal for 158 houses which would link with the site North of Broadwindsor Road (behind Horn Hill View,The Beeches and Fairfield)
BEAM 4: Land to the South of Broadwindsor Road
- Land to the south of Broadwindsor Road, as shown on the policies map, is allocated for employment. (between the back of Green Cross Drive and Francis Buglers)
