Beaminster Community Fridge

Beaminster Community Fridge was set up in 2022 by Councillor Rachel Goode in order to tackle food waste in our area. It is accessible to everyone and is stocked with fresh produce, chilled and frozen food. To date, we have collected around 2 tons for surplus food, which is phenomenal!

The Community Fridge is located in the Public Hall and is accessed at the rear of the building. It is open daily from 8.30am to 8.30pm and everyone is welcome!

We are enormously grateful to our supporters, which include Beaminster Town Council, Co-op, Spar, Clipper Teas, Hubbub, Fleet Social Club and OCD Cleaning.
